As an owner of a dental practice, I was personally experiencing the hardships of the massive shortage of dental assistants. I listened as many of my dental colleagues around the nation were feeling the weight of the shortage as well. As a problem solver, I began to think of how I could help solve this nationwide issue. After months of thought, planning and collaboration with my team, our thirty day program was born. 

The revolutionary thirty day program has been tested for three years in rural West Tennessee.
